2. Minutes of the Last Meeting

Held on 3 January 2012 (previously circulated). To be signed as a correct record.

3. Declarations of Interest

Members of the Town Council are requested to indicate at this stage in the proceedings any items on the agenda in which they intend to declare an interest. Members are also reminded that, in accordance with the Local Government Act 2000 and the Council's Code of Conduct, they must declare the nature of any personal interest and, if the interest is prejudicial, withdraw from the meeting during the consideration of the item.

(Councillors Mrs Gardner and Ms Prynn are likely to declare a personal, non-prejudicial interest in the Development Control item as members of the Borough Council's Planning Committee but will normally be able, under the Members' Code of Conduct, to remain in the meeting and take part in the discussion and voting).

NB An oral report on the proceedings of this meeting was approved by the Council on 3 January 2012.

ii) Strategy and Finance Committee - 16 January 2012

iii) Events Committee - 16 January 2012

iv) Environment Committee - 16 January 2012

8. Mayor Elect and Deputy Mayor Elect for 2012/13

Councillor M Gardner is currently the Deputy Mayor and the Council is asked to confirm him as Mayor-elect for 2012/13.

The Council is also asked to nominate a Deputy Mayor-elect for 2012/13.

9. Delegates' Reports (if any)

10. Accounts for Payment - January 2011

The Town Manager will report.

11. Hill Road Cemetery - January 2011

i) Details of Burials

ii) Deeds of Grant of Exclusive Right of Burial

The Town Manager will report.

12. Development Control Planning Applications

The Council is asked to make any comments on the list of planning applications provided by the Borough Council.

 

THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING WILL BE HELD AT 7.00PM ON TUESDAY 6 MARCH 2012 AT THE PENWORTHAM COMMUNITY CENTRE

THE NEXT ORDINARY COUNCIL MEETING WILL FOLLOW AT 7.30PM OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TOWN MEETING, WHICHEVER IS THE LATER.
